Marketing

Which promotions pay for themselves.

PGS Marketing is for the people who run your mailings, monthly offers and promotions, not an agency that brings in players. It builds the files your team sends and shows what each program brought back.

The file is built, not assembled

A mailing today means pulling the list from one system, checking exclusions in another, and formatting it for the mail house. It takes days, and every step is a chance for the wrong name to slip through.

One upload, one file

The file is built from your own rules and your comp matrix, with opted-out and self-excluded players already removed, in the layout your mail house expects. It comes out the same way every month, so the exclusion check is never a step someone forgets. Nobody waits on the one person who remembers how the last file was put together. Your team approves it and sends it.

Monthly offers, campaigns, second touches.

A monthly free-play offer, a campaign to the players your rules pick out, or a second touch to those who did not respond becomes a mail file for your mail house or an email file for your platform, with excluded players already removed.

Each promotion is compared with the same month a year earlier on win, hold, free play and theo together. Whether it worked stays your call.

Matched weekdays keep it like with like, so a busy Saturday is not credited to the promotion. Free play rose faster than win, and the bottom line is the theo left after that cost.
