Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Predictive Gaming Solutions LLC ("PGS", "we", "us") is a Montana limited liability company. Our address is 3101 S. Russell St., Missoula, MT 59801. We license software to casino properties and operators under a written customer agreement. We do not operate or offer gambling.
This policy covers our website at www.predictivegamingsolutions.com, the client portal, and the software we license to our customers.
We handle information in two different roles, and the difference matters for your rights:
- Information we collect for ourselves. This is information we decide the purpose for, such as what you send through the contact form on our website and the accounts we create for our customers' staff. Sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 explain what we do with it.
- Information we process for a customer. When a casino property uses our software, the property decides why and how its player information is used. We process that information on the property's instructions under the customer agreement. Section 3 explains this, and section 8 explains where to send a request about it.
2. Information we collect ourselves
We collect the following:
- Contact form submissions. First and last name, property, work email, phone number, role, an optional note, and the IP address the submission came from. We use this to respond to you and we keep it as a business record.
- Client portal accounts. For each user a customer authorizes, we hold name, work email, the phone number used for sign-in verification codes, and role. The software also logs activity in the account, such as approvals, edits and messages, recording who did it and when.
- Server logs. IP address, browser type and pages requested. We keep these for security and operations.
3. Information we process for customers
A casino property uploads player records to the software or connects them from its player-tracking system. Those records can include:
- name and contact details, meaning email address, phone number and mailing address where the property supplies them
- player-club identifiers and tier
- play history and ratings, such as trips, coin-in, theo and ADT
- offers and comps the property has issued
- messages exchanged with the property's player development desk
- the property's own opt-out and self-exclusion flags
Properties also send us operating files: daily house totals, slot machine exports, and promotion calendars and events.
In this relationship the property is the business that decides why and how player information is used. We process it on the property's instructions under the customer agreement, and only to provide the service. Several things follow from that, and they hold for every property:
- Nothing reaches a player until a person at the property approves it.
- Players the property has recorded as opted out or self-excluded are left out of every list and file the software builds.
- Every offer amount comes from the property's own comp matrix and rules. We never set an offer of our own.
- We do not sell customer data, we do not pool it across customers, and we do not use it to market to a customer's players.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide the software we license, which covers the player development desk used by hosts, operations reporting such as house totals, month end and machine reports, and the mail and email files a property builds for its own mail house or email platform
- reply to what you send through the contact form and keep it as a business record
- create and support client portal accounts, verify sign-in with a code sent by SMS, and keep a record of who did what in the software
- keep the website, the portal and the software secure and working, and investigate problems
- meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
We do not use any of this information for advertising, and we do not use customer data to market to a customer's players.
5. How we share information
Service providers. We use outside services in these categories: cloud hosting and database, static website hosting, transactional email delivery, SMS verification codes, and an AI service used to draft notes and replies for a person to review and approve. Each one acts on our instructions under a contract. We will send you a current list on request at privacy@predictivegamingsolutions.com.
Legal requirements. We share information when the law requires it or in response to a valid legal request.
Change of ownership. If our business or a part of it is transferred to another owner, information may transfer with it. We will give notice if that happens.
We never sell personal information, we never pool one customer's data with another customer's, and we never use customer data to market to that customer's players.
6. Security
Player contact details are encrypted at rest with field-level encryption. All connections use HTTPS, which is TLS. Access is scoped so that each property's users see only that property's data. Signing in to the client portal takes a password plus a code sent by SMS.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not promise otherwise.
7. Retention
- Customer data. We keep it for the term of the customer agreement. After that we delete it or return it as the customer agreement provides. Backups age out on a fixed schedule afterwards.
- Contact form submissions and account records. We keep these as long as we need them for the purpose they were collected for and for our legal and business records.
8. Your rights
State privacy laws, including California and Montana law, give individuals rights over their personal information, such as the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Where you send your request depends on who holds the information:
- If you are a player at a casino property. The property is the business you should contact, because the property decides how your information is used. We support the property in answering your request.
- If we hold information we collected ourselves, such as a contact form submission or a client portal account, write to privacy@predictivegamingsolutions.com to access, correct or delete it.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Cookies and tracking
Our website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and it loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's request for the font files. Our servers keep the logs described in section 2.
10. Children
Our website, the client portal and our software are for business use. They are not directed at anyone under 21.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a new date. If a change matters to one of our customers, we tell the customer as the customer agreement provides.
